Here at Foundation Specialists we pride ourselves on getting the job done and getting it done right. Our president and CEO has over 30 years experience in foundation repair assessment, consulting, scope design, system determination, estimating and project management.

Roland Silas
Roland has been with Foundation Specialists since its inception in 1999. He has decades of experience working on numerous residential, commercial and multifamily foundation projects across Texas and Oklahoma. He is also a dedicated member of his local Houston Apartment Association where he has served on various committees over the years.
Roland has a keen ability to determine ultimate scopes for capital improvements and due diligence to maximize pragmatic results within budgetary limits.

Gary Greene
Gary has 40+ years of experience in providing for the multifamily housing industry, with over a decade of working on foundation specific projects. He is a NAA Certified Apartment Supplier and has served as PSC President and on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Apartment Association. He remains involved with his local and statewide apartment associations and is active on numerous committees.
Gary frequently provides detailed ad hoc due diligence reports illustrating building effects and assisting buyers with ultimately determining scopes of work that are needed to ensure the structural integrity of assets under contract in key Texas markets.
